The objective of this meeting is to:

• Understand the organization structure, stakeholders and their expectations
• Agreeing timelines, milestones, deliverables

The objective is to identify those processes that need to updated or documented based on the requirements of the standards. This also includes verification of process interaction and level of documentation currently being maintained.

All necessary documentation shall be created/ updated to reflect the requirements of the standard(s). This includes:

• Necessary Policies and SOPs
• Various formats to meet organization needs and standard requirements

We will work hand in hand with your staff to ensure they understand what to do and how to do it. This includes:

• Plans to achieve objectives
• A readiness review establishes that the organization is ready for audit.

We shall carry out the internal audit to assess the level of implementation. This is followed by a management review meeting with the top management.

The appointed external audit agency will conduct audit to ensure your organisation is meeting all standard requirements.
